History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Katherine grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
