History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
