History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born in a small desert village. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
