Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gomory's homeland. Gomory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Born to a Baker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was taken from her home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Adelaide and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
