History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: Theobald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Theobald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
