Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
