History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Agatha grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Agatha. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Born in the north to a Crown-heir, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To protect his home; and sabotage a competitor

History: Thomas was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
