History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
