He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
