Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born in the east. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
