Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Shepherd has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Spy who has hired him part-time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
