When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: Eva was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. She tends to her Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
