Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Tailor who has hired him part-time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His auburn hair is lengthy. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: Herleva speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She got into the Scribe business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. She has worked as a Scribe like her father before her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
