History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Hugolina took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 28. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sculptor profession.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she usually wears her yellow robe and has her hammer always slung over her shoulder. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
