History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Melissa embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Fisher like her mother before her.
