Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Being a Stylist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
