Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Herbalist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Weaver but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
