Personality: Ella is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
