Personality: Mary wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She got into the Sage business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Sage kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Elysande was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fisher. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.
