Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aline embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Aline was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Aline and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears green trousers with tan and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She has wavy white hair. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Ella reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
