History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: An older man who is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
