Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Rolf was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rolf decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
