Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has moderate length silver hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears long strands of opal and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, marred by beers. His hair is black and very short. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
