Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. He carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished dagger as well. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Miller. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Guard; and wants his loneliness to end

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and doesn't want to be a bounty hunter and was forced into it by his family
