History: Gifted from a young age, Vicky studied abroad. When Vicky reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
