Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears long strands of opal and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and is pretty ugly. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his small blue hat.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Dustin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He is typically in his Brewer uniform, and carries shortbows. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He has hazel eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gilbert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.
