Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
