History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
