History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: She was born in a small mountains village. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sage. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Heather was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Barrister. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a brown costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and retire the richest woman in the south
