History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Animal Trainer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
