History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a grey broad hat and grey clothes. Her white hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barkeep business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many giants want her driven away

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a pastel armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Joan embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
