History: Gerard was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and seeks redemption
