History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Maynild never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'7". She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends
