History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a pastel vest and prefers black and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He has violet eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
