History: Joan hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At some point she was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Joan was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
