History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her first spouse was a Engraver, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, Avice would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When Avice reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family
