Personality: Percival is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is a Engraver first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nicholas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
