History: Ahlyssa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.
