History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This dark-skinned male does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has wavy blonde hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
