Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a tan coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
