Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Richard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in the south to a Sage, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Sage. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
