He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
