History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Randal reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. History: Born to a Knight, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Ahlyssa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.
