History: Mary was born with her father's beautiful face. Mary was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mary decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new healer responsibilities is difficult
