Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears an entirely black suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a Unemployed first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Herleva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Herleva. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
