History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Avelina learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Egelina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Bertram began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
