History: Born to a Dyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She struck the Bricklayer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by her family

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has dyed her greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a Miller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Cartwright has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and balancing her hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult
