Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Ralf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Ralf and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ralf discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ralf fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born in the east to a Actor, Hugh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Actor for hire.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. His hair is short and chestnut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Don grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Don. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
