Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: Williamina speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Voice: Speaks with a cold

Description: He has a missing right arm. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
