Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
